TOM GROSS
CEO
Tom joined Kerr in 1987 as an inside sales person. He then moved to outside sales, followed by Heat Transfer product manager, then VP. He was promoted to President in 2014 and became CEO in 2024.
ROB KALFS
President
Beginning in inside sales in 1991, Rob progressed to outside sales for 25 years, followed by 4 years as Air Products manager, then VP Sales and in 2024, President.
GREG PFEIFFER
Chief Finance Officer
Greg joined Kerr Pump in 2018, bringing with him years of experience in finance, strengthening Kerr’s team to support their continued growth.
RYAN HAYES
Manager Kerr/Haynes Division
Ryan joined Kerr in 2001 as a welder, followed by inside sales for parts. In 2019, he was promoted to manage the pump manufacturing division of Kerr Products and Haynes Pumps.
JOE ASH
Director of Sales
Joe joined Kerr in 2018 as Sales Manager for the Municipal Product lines. He now is taking over responsibilities for the entire Pumps Division. Before joining Kerr, Joe spent 10 years as RSM for Pentair.
CHRIS PETERSON
Engineering Manager.
Chris joined Kerr in 2017 as a process engineer. He is now Engineering Manager overseeing all of the engineered products for Kerr.
