Solenoid-Diaphragm Dosing Pumps

Diaphragm dosing pumps are leak-free, and are therefore suitable for highly aggressive or toxic media. Depending on the gear type, the diaphragm allows pressures up to 232 psig.

Diaphragm dosing pumps are fitted with a separation chamber as standard. If a crack forms in the diaphragm due to wear, this prevents the medium from flooding the system components or the pump itself. The medium is controlled and flows through a downpipe to the collecting basin. The medium sides of the diaphragms are coated with PTFE.

Magdos Pump L-Series: LB, LD, LK, LP, LA

The solenoid-driven diaphragm dosing pump MAGDOS is the most versatile dosing pump – right for most applications.

All pumps of the MAGDOS L series are certified according to UL and CSA. The power ranges cover from 0.36 to 15 l/h with back pressures up to 16 bar. Double-ball valves ensure exact dosing. The dosing power can be adapted by varying the stroke frequency manually, via an external control contact or using a 0/4 – 20 mA signal.

Several different materials and connections are available for dis- charge and suction side, depending on the specific applications. Accessory sets consisting of a hose, injection nozzle and suction line are available to enable optimal results and quick installation. Ethernet IIoT is also available.

Motor-driven Diaphragm Dosing Pumps

The largest motor-driven diaphragm dosing pump (Type GMR) has a hydraulically coupled double-diaphragm system.

Hydraulically Actuated Diaphragm Pumps

Heavy-duty hydraulically actuated tubular diaphragm pump designed for high capacity and high pressures. Also ideally suited for corrosive liquids such as H₂SO₄ or slurries.

The simple, yet unique vertical hydraulics eliminates need for complicated vent and refill mechanisms. Prestressed tubular diaphragm handles inconsistent suction conditions and suction lift capabilities to 16 feet.

Chlorinators

Dry Feeder

Besides equipment for the precise dosing of liquid and gaseous media, Lutz-Jesco offers dry dosing units, along with the related accessories for building a complete dosing installation. Lutz-Jesco dry feeders work by volume, i.e. the weight of the dosing material is not considered. They are self-supporting, welded structures made with stainless steel sheet, and they are available with various delivery capacities.

Measuring and Control Equipment for Metering

In many cases, dosing control measurements are required, for example water values, and uninterrupted transmission of the measurement values. The next requirement is for regulator functions, or controls for the dosing units. Lutz-Jesco has a wide range of equipment to meet these requirements:  fittings, sensors, measuring cells, signal amplifiers, signal generators, measuring devices and regulators.
